Power BI Organizational Dashboard from Cognitive3D

The Power BI Organizational Dashboard surfaces session-level data from across your Cognitive3D projects in a single Power BI report. It runs in your own Microsoft Fabric or Power BI environment, so the data sits alongside the rest of your business analytics rather than inside a separate product UI.

Use the dashboard when you need to evaluate XR program performance at the organizational level — comparing experiences across projects, tracking trends over time, and combining XR data with other systems like learning management platforms or operational metrics.

What the dashboard shows

The report is organized into six pages, each focused on a different angle of XR program performance.

  • Overview — Session volume, project activity, and overall completion rates at a glance. The starting point for any review.
  • Users — Participant counts, retention, and engagement patterns. Identifies your most active participants and tracks how the audience grows over time.
  • Performance and Health — Frame rate stability, data completeness, and Cyberwellness Score. Surfaces projects and scenes with quality issues that may affect participant experience.
  • Objectives and Survey — Pass and fail rates for objectives, plus poll response data. Drill through to a per-objective view with step-by-step funnel analysis.
  • Devices — Hardware breakdown by model and manufacturer, plus geographic distribution by city.
  • Map — Interactive map of session locations across your organization.
